A consummate marketing strategist with 11+ years of experience, Benjamin Lord—or Benji for short—has spent his career leading digital marketing and innovation for brands such as LVMH, Nike, Unilever, L’Oréal, and more.

His seasoned background gives him a unique view on driving consumer engagement and revenue growth for global brands and startups alike. Raised in Asia and Africa, he has cut his teeth in the business in Europe before moving to New York City. In 2018, he joined Shiseido, leading the digital transformation and omnichannel strategy of NARS Cosmetics globally.

A self-proclaimed “geek,” Benjamin has a knack for discovering the technologies that transform culture and commerce, from artificial intelligence and augmented reality, to connected-everything. Currently at NARS, he is developing ways to advance consumer personalization and loyalty at scale, using strategic insights to shape his vision.
